Ive acquired a frame set and iam after some help to identify it, and find what year it is.
The frame & forks numbers match each other 505 3193

I know every one like pictures so...

And what made me think it was a claud butler

Looks identical to a CB frame I had a while ago. It was definitely a 1950, and the consensus on here was that it was an International Club.
