Help identifying decal Reynolds 531 for PX10

I need help in identifying model Reynolds 531 decals for PX 10 72's.

I know that there are several models for Reynolds 531 decals in English or French, with specification "butted Tubes Forks & Stays" or no.

Please help me in this restoration.
