Saw this on an Ebay auction and all I could think was that took some nards to drill the 50th Anniversary crank. Then again, is it only the dust cap that distinguishes it from a Super Record crank? (edit: Its not a 50th crank)

The 50th anniversary crank did not have the milling on the crank arm. It was smooth with Tullio's signature. They have simply added teh dust caps to these cranks

Correct. That is not a 50th chain set. Just the dust cap.
