mystery titanium frame

not too sure it should be in the classic road section,but here goes;

any ideas on what make this is,and how much its probably worth.

couldnt find a frame number

My first thought was Litespeed Ultimate but the tubes on the ultimate are not round like yours. Could be an Airbourne.
 
I had one of those mirrors in the 70's along with a copy of the Desiderata on the wall :)

Is it a touring frame with those rear dropouts...

nice one,but its not mine.i took the pic of it today, its in a second hand shop.just trying to get an idea of which make it is.

its not mine as of yet,and its definitely not my mirror haha

do you think anyone would make a titanium touring frame?

edit;ok they do!
 
Most likely generic Taiwanese / Chinese from the likes of HiLite / Xi'an Titanium / Titan Product. The curved seatstays and the tagged-on eyelets on the rear hangers suggest Xi'an - I've bought a few frames from them.
