Softride

I stayed in a cottage once on the north west Scottish coast. The (quite eccentric) guy gave us the keys for the garage and told us to use whatever we fancied. Imagine my surprise when I noticed some sea canoes and .....ONE OF THESE! (Also a GT LTS with the Horst link and innovative Girvin single spring, parallelogram front suspension and a ladies Stumpjumper!)
It was slightly small for me but I had a shot and it was marvellous. I remember trying to see how wobbly it was by shaking the bars and it was a bit 'flexy' but the ride was incredible. Its one of those things that feels 'lively' underneath you but once you get it up to speed is a total flying machine.
The beam and the soft tail is an interesting formula that can work.
I reckon this seller is worth contacting for a little haggling?
