I acquired a Dawes frame recently and I need some help trying to identify it.
I got it as a stripped down frame ready for powdercoat and so there are no components to help us out.
Its already had a respray during its life so no decals are present. The only way I know its a Dawes is because it has Dawes stamped into the seat stays. I can also see a number (71451) which is stamped into the bottom bracket.
Any help to identify this frame and a rough date of manufacture would be much appreciated.
