Vintage lamp.Info please

Any info on the incandescent bulb? Or voltage, or some more pics?
Is it nickel on brass?
I used to have a few pdf's of old catalogues somewhere.

In an effort to shed more light on it here is more information.
It is made of brass with nickel plating.
The blub fitted appears to of very old design. The glass part been fairly shallow for want of a better word.I think it is 1.5 volt

The reg number for the lamp is 70248.
Have had another look at the maker name it looks like "nefa"

It is not a conversion.

I am still trying to get a rough date. From Sears 1898 with oil and gas lamps, to the first dry battery lamps I have found in 1918 from CCM (Canadian) trade catalogue with the battery in a seperate container. They quote a "No 6" battery, single cell with screw on terminals at the top, no size given.
