Old Ned Old School Grand Master Nov 23, 2012 #2 Pete Matthews - although he sold his shop some time ago I think he may still do some 'special' builds if you ask him nicely. I could make some enquiries for you but there are many other very good wheel builders around and about who build wheels on a daily basis.
