One of my 'regular' sites. I go to 'Components' and 'Recent Content' to see what's new.

I also post items on there as 'Old Git'.

Brilliant for nostalgic sad old guys like me

Seems to be a problem with the site at present. I can't get it to load at all.

Hope it hasn't gone down completely.

EDIT - I must still have had the old address in my Bookmarks, the 'new' address opens fine.

Just ignore me, I can't get on with this new technology........................

Glad it's working for you Ned. I've updated my profile to show email address. If you ever have an issue with the site - feel free to drop me a quick note. Lots of new stuff going on at the moment, hopefully I'll get it all done and working (more or less) here in the next month or so.

edit: ah, I see the issue, you had the old velobase.info site bookmarked. It should be set to auto redirect to the .com site, but appears that has gotten jacked up. Off to find the reason for that, glad I found this thread again and discovered the problem!

Always glad to be of service - I've got the new address bookmarked now!
I've added a few items recently and still have some to put up once I've photo'ed them.

Apologies for resurrecting this thread:

Has anyone experienced difficulties in accessing velobase website recently?

For the last two days everytime I try to visit the site it says server error

Thanks

"Server error" is happening again.
The guy who runs the site, Jon Fischer, was doing some upgrade to the site yesterday. I wonder if he ran into some problems. I hope it's not terminal as there was a lot of very good info and pics on here. One of my fave Bike Porn sites, together with "Disreali Gears" for vintage gear. 8)

It is a great site. I was contributing fairly regularly and need to get back into doing so.
