strongest glue for pedal repair

Thanks to a clumsy engagement on a busy roundabout I've snapped the front of my pedal off: they are Time RXS Carbon/Ti.

It's the whole of the v-shaped piece that projects forward from the spindle.

The shot of superglue I keep in my toolkit got me home and lasted a few rides: what do you recommend for a longer lasting repair?[/url]

Chemical Metal might do you. You could also drill into both sides of the break in the same place and reinforce the join with a bit of steel or aluminium rod. Even a cut-down nail would do the trick, anything around 3-4mm thick.
