Won't the seller have to pay tax on the sale? I thought you have to keep an item won as a prize for at least 12 months before selling.

Or am I - as usual - wrong again?

Ebay listing has been revised , it's a 2012 bike. Not clear if it was actually ridden or if it was a spare.
