Although I'm trying to reduce a bike collection, not add to it! I did fancy a punt at a couple of these, although I knew there wouldn't be any bargains given the all the publicity. Even so, I think most of these were well overpriced!

Lot 15 A Viking Superlite £850
Lot 18 A Gant Delotion £380
Lot 21 A touring/racing cycle £400 :o
Lot 24 A Raleigh RX100 Mtrax Ti9000 £850 :?
Lot 30 A Carlton twelve gear racing cycle £800 :)
Lot 33 A Viking Superlite £700
Lot 41 Oscar Egg lightweight £2400

All above prices plus around 26% with buyers premium and VAT

On the bright side, all the money is going to Jimmy's charitable causes.

 Just read this:

If that turns out to be true, his auction items are going to be about as popular as playing 'Do you want to be in my gang' by Gary Glitter at a kids party

I actually won one of the road bike auctions.....unfortunately, the rear stays were out of alignment, and the dérailleur hanger bent. Took it to my LBS, but they were unable to Fix It.

Still, I appreciated the irony :P
