They're The Essex Dutch importers Interbike. They're frame archive here.

I've only ever seen one Diavolo frame...Columbus Cromor lugged roadframe, not light, but reasonable. Vaguely remember being told it was made by Italian prisoners, Girardegno?...The internal rear brake cable was just 2 holes with rubber grommets. :shock: Italian BB threads.

Ninety's one here looks pretty similar.

Was Diavolo one of Schils' own brands?

I Think that's the company, Although the frame I've seen is an early one.
