Hi - new to this site but after some help ...
I own a 80's or possibly late 70's(?) Poulidor racer - all silver Steel Vitus 999 frame with what I think is either a Motobecane or Merciert badge (MC emblem) under the headset. I have had this bike a while now, picked it up on E-bay but don't know much about it. It looks to have had the components overhauled & replaced.
A basic search Google tells me all about Raymond Poulidor (always 2nd) but I can't find much about the bikes that carried his name.
Has anyone got any other information, or know where I could look for more information or even better does anyone else own a similar bike?
