Not a name I'm familiar with...

There were a lot of bike shops in Italy during the 60s and 70s that bought in framesets and built them up and branded them as their own. I picked up a bike called 'Cassia' with a mixture of bits in Italy a couple years ago, the other (faded) words on the badge suggest the shops geographical location- a small town in the Italian alps. Frameset is identical to a Cinelli of the same era.

So it's possible, but it needs some careful research and digging to see if it is similar or matches any of the big manufacturers of the time.

Doesn't have any Cinelli features that I can see. TBH, it looks like a basic 'sports' bike not anything very special.

Low end frame, I hope the handlebars are lowered by 2 or 3 inches before riding it.
