I've now put this frame on hold, mainly because I haven't a clue as to what it is.
It came badly painted and had DIY Condor lettering.
The frame is built using Nervex Professional lugs with a fine wrap over stay.
It has canti studs.
Brazings are; three top tube cable guides.
One set of bottle bosses.
Double down tube lever bosses.
Over bottom bracket cable guides.
Long Brev Simplex ends with no adjusters.
Mudguard eyes.
Spacing seems original at 126'ish
And I don't know if it takes 700c or 27x11/4 wheels as both fit because of the cantis.
Serial number on BB and steerer reads 1183 the second number 1 is on it's side?
It sort of looks like a George Longstaff or Mal Rees or Ellis Briggs.
Any ideas before I give up and flog it.
