Not sure if this is retro or not, but.........
I seem to recall seeing a method of screwing a fixed wheel sprocket to a 6 bolt disc mounting, thus allowing a flip flop arrangement for a single speed disc hub, assuming of course that you are using rim brakes.
Can't find it now, have I just imagined it??
