Very late response to this thread.
These were customs frames made by the bike shop on the mini roundabout at the bottom of Preston’s hill (stowupland hill).
They were always made from Reynolds tubing.
Rich kid at school was sponsored by them, he had a pink timetrial bike made by them too.
