Hoping there may be some custom builders hitting this forum that have built with french Excell Tubing. I'm doing a restore and searching for a seat tube tubing decal similar to the one pictured below. If you have any idea where someone can locate one please let me know. Thanks

Have an eBay search for these guys:

Cyclomondo (Australia)

Roiasso (Brazil) and
robertociclismo (UK). You'll need to go to 'find members' page.

I've used them all in the past and they've come up trumps. I think Cyclomondo can manufacture whatever you want, but I haven't asked him about this.
