Dubbed as the Surrey Cycle Classic by the UCI, there will be on August 14th 2011 (next month) a race on the course of the 2012 Olympic Road Race: the route will be identical apart from only two ascents of Box Hill - mirroring the 2012 women's race.

The 2012 MTB course at Hadleigh Farm will host the Hadleigh Fram International on July 31st 2011.

Other test events in the run up to 2012 include the London Velodrome replacing Manchester as the venue for the Track World Cup: February 17th-19th 2012,

Anyone going to any of these prestigious events?

I guess no interest judging by the"views"!

Roadking.

Is it my imagination, or do they deliberately schedule the Olympics for when people with kids have to take their summer hols?
I'll be in France with my family, albeit with a road bike & retro MTB, fot two weeks. So there's no way I'd be able to make those test events - although I would like to
I'd be up for the Feb track event - thanks for that!

Thanks Monty, Carge, but the lack of response means interest in these top events is a big FAT Zero.

Bump then.
