I pumped up the tyres and untwisted the front brake.

Oh, and tightened the headset.

some of the things i've seen thrown away at the tip makes my stomach turn, but what are the actual rules on salvaging stuff from the tip? i thought it was a big no no...

i know that the one time i did try save something (some steel shelves) i was reprimanded firmly, but that was a long time ago
