My friend who works at Action 21 has this come into their warehouse not long back, any info on them?

It was found at the tip! Can't believe someone threw this away.

Nice ITM Kero bars too! 8)

Maybe it's just the angle, but those front forks look a little bent back...the rake doesn't look right and the gap to the down tube looks tight. Might be worth checking. :?

Glad it was saved, as it was for a charity, it was sold on ebay and sold for £200.

Google turns up a few hits for Ottadini bikes/frames; this one -

http://www.cyclechat.net/topic/73968-ottadini/

- suggests it's a UK builder hailing from Sunderland. Not a lot of info out there, though.

Ottadini were advertised in the small ads in 'Cycling' in the late 80's. they also had the rights to build 'Hill Specia'l frames at that time. I can't say how long they were in business after this.

Pedal Sport, 314-315, Hill St West, Sunderland.

Can't believe anyone would just throw away a bike like this! It's lovely. Should have made more than £200 I'd say.
