Hi,
I new to this forum. I have found a 18" Raleigh Flyer Racing Bike I think made for boys from the late 1980s. Has anyone got any info on this bike I.e. Frame material, brakes, how good was it?? My final question is, if I pay £100 for it would that price be fine or over/underpriced?

Thanks,
Will

I would think that it would have to be immaculate at that price. It would have limited user desirability (would a kid want to go retro?) so unless you want to bring back childhood memories it might be a lot of money to hang on the wall. There may be collectors out there who want it thats really the bike version of a painting.
Adults bikes can be ridden as well as collected. I wanted one of these as a kid but I remember them as full sized bikes and purple.

Hi,
I am 14 and prefer the more retro bikes, so it would be the right size. It is on eBay- item number- 190531294936
let me know what you think of it,

Thanks,
Will

£100 would definitely be too much.
