Ok... So I scored this frame to build up as a commuter, and I am baffled... It is old, and I am prety sure it is American (the "25" size is a giveaway,,) that is all I know.... Lugs appear to be Nervex, but not sure... Fork crown and head lugs are chrome... There is a AM stamped on the non drive side of the bottom bracket... A "25" stamped on the seat lug that corresponds to the size, and the serial number on the opposite side on the seat tube.... Suntour rear dropouts.... Some time in it's life, someone added canti studs to facilitate 700c wheels.... 26.0 seat post, and smaller than 22.2 stem... Here is a quick shot of the head lugs....
