Can anyone shed some light on that? It may be some form of cannibalised fixie, but it had a curious beauty to it.

Fangio, looks like nearly all original, I couldn't see a tubing sticker, prob early to mid 80s.

The Battaglin from earlier in daylight .

It looks like the whole frame is chromed, with a blue transparent paint on top.
