Just watched American Flyers, brilliant! :D

I now really want an 80's Specialized Allez - did these ever come over here?

Back in the day we cooked up a pot of Spahgetti noodles, baked some garlic bread and feasted in fron of the movie the night before every race...and I mean every race all season long. I never wanted an Allez just Rae Dawn Chong:) Darn girl can change my flat anytime it happens.

Blimey - impressive. Wonder how much practice that took? I've seen pro mechanics make a worse job of it in the TdF!

Great movie, and I've ridden some of those Colorado roads. Specialized does make a modern throwback of that bike:

I've seen that bike before but unfortunately we can't get them here :(

So does the sloping top tube. The downward slope to the front doesn't sit well with the upward slope of the stem. Mind you for $100 less than the aluminium version it's a bargain.
