Any recommendations for rim tape?

Does anybody have any recommendations for rim tape? I used rubber stuff on my wheel build and it seems to have shrunk, exposing the spoke holes in the rim in places and causing a puncture. Damn annoying.

Rims are 700c Velo Orange p-b-p and the tape was Raleigh 12mm wide stuff. Pretty sure it was a snug fit between the rim walls when I fitted it too...

have always used velox adhesive cloth tapes, never had an issue with them, have never needed to look for anything else.

I've started using Schwalbe ones - mainly because my LBS stocks them. Seem to be OK.

They are what they are. Some sort of plasticised cloth I suppose with a very slightly tacky backing. They cover spoke holes well.
