Also posted in MTB section and I don't know if this has been posted before here (and if it has I apologise!) but this website looks good for those members who may be a bit wary about bike maintenance etc. All done very nicely and clearly. Even I've learned a few things!

But he doesn't like WD40 to much :wink:
