I was looking at this on pinkbike (was toying with offering a lower price as I've always wanted an orbit bike) :
http://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/784218/

Not being the most technically minded I have a question...It states 650c wheels...So, am I correct in thinking that this bike has smaller wheels than the normal 700c on a road bike?

If so what is the reasoning behind that?

Cheers

Yup smaller wheel on the front. Reasoning is its lighter, more aerodynamic both in profile and the ability to get the rider lower at the front. In practice the benefits never really paid of.
