CYCLO/ BENELUX rear hub threading?

Trying (and failing) to find a 4 SPEED freewheel for my hub. But on a lil google search earlier. I came accross one person saying that cyclo freewheels are english threaded , and another saying they are french threaded....

I keep looking at regina freewheels but not sure what threading i have..

I have an original cyclo hub to put this on.... What would it be threaded for?

Cheers for any help... ;)

My information may be a little out of date.
I first used a british cyclo 5 speed freewheel in 1950. These had 3 half moon pawls all dropping at the same time. All cogs were RH thread, so the low gear tightened on to a flange which would bring the low gear too far from the wheel on italian type hubs. I was using it on a fixed wheel thread as it was deep enough to reach the hub flange. This particular one was 13 to 21, and was used with 47/50 chainrings, early benelux gear with handlebar controls.
I don't know that I need to be reminded of all this.

I have a three speed at the shop. I will be happy to take a measurement when I return on Tuesday. I don't know if that will help.

I have a 5-speed on my 1958 Constellation, if I get a chance Ill get some pics and info.
