ADVICE NEEDED FOR CARBON FORK

There's a lot of material in a fork crown so it's unlikely to compromise their structural integrity - they're probably just worn through the gel coat / cosmetic weave layer. I'd just make sure there are no sharp edges / stress raisers i.e. rub down with fine emery paper and reseal the surface and then keep an eye on them. I've been riding a lightweight carbon frame for a couple of years that has two cracks in far more highly stressed areas - it doesn't owe me anything and I'll replace it when it breaks - eventually

There is no gelcoat on forks , there will only be clear spray paint (likely 2 part urethane) over the visible 3k woven layer ,and there will be MANY layers of uni-directional carbon right there ,I say NO do not worry about it.
