Difficult from the pics, but from memory the top eyes look like W F Holdsworth from mid 50's. Where were the forks.
The other Holdsworth picture gallery, several Holdsworthy Company, not W F Holdsworth. The History is well documented.
The Holdsworthy Company made Holdsworth, Claud Butler and F H Grubb.

It looks like a older coventry eagle to me..I had a frame with exactly the same lugs last year. Seeing as a lot of the older English frames were pretty generic it could of come from a number of different brands.
