I know almost nothing about this builder or frame. The extended head- and seat-tubes are interesting and this is the first I've seen of this top-tube cable-routing. Any info you might have would be welcome. Cheers.
Cable routing is indeed nice and never seen before. The extended seattube and headtube (or lowered top tube as you wish) is earlier done.
Colnago did it for the bikes of her pro's in the ''Buckler'' team at that time (90's)
