Anyone know what model Look this is?

Paint job, style of decals, lack of both one piece alloy head tube and ultra-chunky seat lug as per KG231/KG241 and use of threaded 1" steerer suggests a KG131 to me.

All the pictures of 131s I can find look as though the top and down tubes blend into the head tube which isn't the case on the bike in question.
