Removing badge?

My bike's off to the powder coaters in a couple of days, everything is sorted except getting the old raleigh headbadge off the front of the frame, I can't see how it can be done. Anyone done it before without breaking it?
 
It could be riveted on - look down the inside of headtube and you might see two 'pips'. You need to take these off somehow, I've not done it but I think a file, small chisel or a dremmel could be used :?:
 
The old headbadges has 3 distinct rivets in from the front. The later ones had 2 spigots on the back and these were inserted into two drilled holes. A mandrel on the inside of the headtube formed the rivet head inside.

These headbadges are best removed as described by cleaning off the internal rivet heads and gently prise off.
