I'm having trouble working out which dynatech models were ti and which not. Did a google search, got some info from here (!) but the link to german catologue scans of a 91 raleigh cat didn't want to work...The bits on this bike are really low end, there appears to be rust on the headtube, it's a 2060 tubeset and seems to be a 505 model:
