I am trying to help a friend research her Grandfather. Charles Richards founded the Richards cycle co in Wolverhampton in 1880 under the name the Richards Beau Ideal cycle co Ltd in Heathtown. I have found some info about the company on the internet but can any of you guys tell me anything more, or do any examples of these cycles still exist? I asked at the National Cycle collection in Llandrindod Wells but they could not really help a great deal.
