How do you source a real classic? I'd love to get my hands 50s Claud Butler lightweight in particular a Tour Of Britain or even better a Saxon TT
Can a mere mortal obtain these bikes - do any still exist, or are they all owned by Bond villains and locked away in Geneva?
As I'm really new to this, where do I start looking. Do I go to jumbles what's the best way of unearthing something like this.
I've studied Ebay, but a lot of the stuff that needs restoration is lets say a bit iffy with dates of manufacture varying wildly.
Ideally after a frame that needs work.
