Pennine Help wanted

Snagged a 81 Pennine Italia off the bay and looking to build up as a commuter/tourer, I have loads of bits but looking for inspiration as what would be best/nicest build. Pennine never did any catalogues so cant refer to the orginal spec.
I have - almost a complete 600 groupset
Various Campagnolo from different groups
some mavic - Stronglight - suntour etc

Help me sort my scrambled mind!!!

Hi Longbeach.
Can't help myself, but if you do a forum search. You will find a couple of guys on here, with Pennine's, nice looking bikes they are too.

I'm new to forum so apologies for the late reply. I have a 1986 Pennine Italia, my dad had it custom made, it came with campagnolo victory Groupset on it. Great bike, I am in the process of bringing it back to life with some slight modernisation (ergos and a modern saddle). Pennine are still going in Bradford.
