 Post subject: Frame ID anyone?

Can anyone help me identify this frame. Unfortunately it's not a Gios, I think.

The braize on front mech and internal cable routing suggest something half decent.

The chainstay webbing looks very familiar but I can't quite place it.

It looks Italian to me, in any case.

I thought it might be Italian but I've been looking at the different makes can't find anything like it yet.

It looks like a Basso but I am can't find anything with a similar frame number.
