I'm used to campag and shimano. dont know where others (eg stronglight, TA, Royce etc) fit in.
As I understand it there are 2 sizes of BB tapers

shimano has a fatter axle taper, campag is thinner. Which is ISO and which is JIS?

Be aware that old Stronglight is ISO but since most of their stuff is outsourced to Sugino, it's now JIS.
