Looks like a Torino model from mid 70s. They were Nuovo Record equipped and had those same Prugnat lugs with a straight brake bridge.

from what I've been able to find myself which isn't much, and what all you helpful fellows have said, it looks like it could be either the Torino or Colstar, from the frame number what year are we saying this is? Also 5 speed?

oh yeah and the rear spacing is 120mm or something couldn't find a tape but the road wheel I had to hand was about 10mm to big??
