Found an old leaflet for these frames .Built in Perry Barr,Birmingham .At a guess late 1960s/1970's .
Anyone ever seen one/heard of ? 3 models avaible at the time .Mid market I reckon.

Fairly basic bikes, probably frames bought in. VAT started in 1973, so mid 70s.
Look like Holdsworthy, but standard kit.

A marque from a much earlier time . Brand /name reused in the 70's
