I cannot imagine it left the factory like that with the wonky decal, looks like an amateur job - likewise the decal on the seatstay looks wrong; too big for the taper.
Lots of frames had cloverleaf cutouts on lugs, it's not definitive. Maybe it's just a bad repaint (and terrible photo quality), but the lug tips don't look thinly-filed like Colnagos I have seen.
Up to you; but personally I would be cautious. This is the real thing - yours is very similar, but key photos are missing.
