Lots of modern road bikes have slopeing top tubes, compared to a horizontal top tube on older bikes. My advice would be do a quick build and have a ride if it does'nt feel right. sell it on and buy something bigger.

It’s a large ish frame so unless you are super tall you should be able to make it work.

Much too small - (unless that 6'4" was in heels) even if unusually long in body, you'd probably want a 25"+ frame.
Sure you'll find a super-long seat pin to get the saddle up, but you'd still be looking for a monster handlebar stem if you want to be comfortable.

Yes, agreed.

I meant to take a pic of the Viking alongside my Spa, because although similar seat tube length, the modern bike makes the older look petit.

I'll probably get it running and see if my mate we wants it, if not I'll advertise it.

I'll keep my eye out for something bigger, but in all honesty I've got an ongoing monster-cross project plus two in the queue so plenty to be getting on with.
