Seemingly :?: not a Carlton as those seat stays at the seat cluster are nothing like any Carlton I have seen........

I managed to get a closer picture and can just make out the word circuit on the frame. Thanks for all the replies!

Circuit was another Carlton that used the same frame with mix and match components. Keeping with the Carlton Tradition of names beginning with C / K.
