New call for Holdsworth Claud numbers from 1959 to 1976 here; Claud Butler-Holdsworth frame numbers 1959-1976
In dwscrimshaw's Holdsworth serial prediction, that number presently sits in late 1972.
Number, other than helping with c. catalogue year to search, is not unique to a particular model.

I would get the panels painted and use the letter decals. I tried those large panel decals, they aren't easy to fit and even though I got them from H Lloyd they didn't join up under the tube. They were too small so I had to fill the gap with paint. Also if you don't put an under coat on top of the orange I think it might effect the distinctive colour of the blue panel.
