That is a beauty!! I used to have one of these 1980s models but without chrome - your uncle must have specified it. I think its a 1981 Holdsworth Professional. They were less fancy than its predecessors (no sloping forks, no wraparound lugs) but the chrome work is a great touch and they were/are great bikes! enjoy it!
