There were some bikes branded with his name AFAIK. He passed away a year or two back didn't he? Top track and road man in the 60's.

If it's the bike I'm thinking of they were made in Western Germany in the 70's and 80's. They were imported into the UK by Tensor Ltd of Darlington and sold by mail order. They are basic entry level bikes with an unusual crank and bottom bracket arrangement. Another Tensor label was Lazer Custom.
