Condor frame builders

Hi,
I've recently picked up a Condor frame (pics soon) and was wondering whether they were all made in-house during the late 80s and into the 90s or outsourced? The frame is 130mm spacing so that is what makes me think it's that sort of age.
Under the bottom bracket there's the usual frame number, a symbol that might be the initials IS and either 09 or 60 depending which way up you read it. Frame size is 54 so it's not that.
Maybe the initials are the builders?
What does the Retrobike collective wisdom reckon?
Mark.

Re:

It might be worth giving them a call. Chances are they'd be happy to try and help.

Needless to say I have no idea I'm afraid!

Just get things started, just built up a 90's Condor for one of my students, iam pretty sure Dave Yates was building for the period of mine, and further back you go some very well known builders were involved at various times

Re:

I emailed them recently about one I acquired last year, gave them some pics and frame number and they were able to confirm the model, year and who built it (Dave Yates in my case), so worth emailing or giving them a call I think.
